Fatima-Zohra Ait El Maâti is a Belgian-Moroccan activist, film director, and founder of the feminist, decolonial and antiracist collective Imazi·Reine. In 2019, she directed Ma grand-mère n'est pas une féministe, a short film that examines femininity, sexuality, immigration and decolonisation via a conversation she has with her grandmother. The documentary also explores the representation of Muslim women in modern-day feminist discourse.
